My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room was in Novotel vogue, very clean, and well-presented, although there were a couple of chips in the doors and fittings. The Nespresso pod machine was a nice touch that made it feel like home. The service was friendly, but there were some minor issues that could be improved. The location was just perfect, near various attractions, but there were a few hiccups with room allocation. The dining experience was good overall, with improvements noticed since my last visit.
